Guilfoyle Construction is an award winning, family owned company founded in 2002. We are a residential property development and construction business, with experience of new build, barn conversions and listed buildings in and around the South Downs National Park.
Due to a growing order book, the team are looking to appoint someone to assist with the transition between the Design and Site teams alongside other office duties.
The role will involve working alongside the Design Team and Site Managers throughout the project to ensure timely supply and scheduling of projects.
Responsibilities:
- Regular liaison with all parties across the whole process.
- Define work packages.
- Specifying and take-offs.
- Prepare estimates and tenders.
- Work with Site Managers to prepare and review labour, materials and plant.
Key skills and qualifications:
- Construction based degree/HNC preferred or significant experience in similar role.
- Good knowledge of AutoCad and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks when working on multiple construction projects.
- Excellent organisation, communication and inter-personal skills.
- Enthusiastic and motivated with a proactive approach.
- Clean driving licence and use of own vehicle.
